Kym Craigie, Chair
Kym is retired from teaching after 27 years. Her family has attended Southeast Christian Church for 22 years where she has served on the SECOR board. Currently, she serves in the church’s choir leadership and the hospital ministry. She has a BS in Human Development and Consumer Sciences from University of Houston and in Elementary Education from Metro Denver. She completed her MA in Education Administration and Supervision. She has been married to David Craigie 36 years and has two adult daughters.
M. Hunter Floyd II
Hunter and his wife, Shawna, have four children attending Southeast Christian School. Hunter is currently on Active Duty and has been serving as an Army officer for over 26 years. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University and Master of Strategic Studies leadership degree from the United States Army War College. Hunter has extensive experience in leading, influencing, and equipping organizations for positive impact. He also serves at Southeast Christian Church on the Men’s ministry leadership team and hosts a weekly home fellowship group. He is committed to serving the families of Southeast Christian School and impacting the community for Christ.
Dean and his wife, Tracey, along with their sons, Matt and Nate, have attended Southeast Christian Church for 15 year. Dean and his sons can be found most Sunday mornings assisting with the communion and offering. Dean is the owner of a local commercial cleaning company that he started in 2000 after 8 years of teaching at Walla Walla High School. Dean taught various science classes along with a vocational calss. Dean also coached football and wrestling and helped with the local Young Life group. Dean earned his bachelor’s degree from Montana State University and his master’s degree from Eastern Washington University. Dean is also involved with several aspects of Feelowship of Chrisistian Athletes when he and Tracey are not following their sons at Lutheran High School and UCCS track meets.
Lewis is a retired dentist, having practiced for approximately 35 years. He graduated from CSU in 1966, Biological Science, and received his Dental degree in 1970 from University of Louisville, Louisville, KY. Lewis also did graduate work at the University of Nebraska. Lewis had teaching experiences at the dental schools in Tulsa, OK, ORU in 1978 and then taught from 1979 to 1996 at the University of Ky and University of Colorado. Later Lewis provided dental care for the VA Medical Centers in AZ, OK, and CO. He retired in 2006 and relocated back to Aurora. Since then, he has volunteered at Project Cure here in Denver and worked at the Concordia Dental Hygienist College in Aurora. Lewis is a verteran of the USMC and the Air National Guard which he was commissioned as an officer Captain in the Air Force in 1975. Lewis and his wife, Jeannie, live in Heather Gardens in Aurora and presently attend the Chapel located there. They have 3 children, 3 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. Two grandchildren attended preschool at SECS in their early training and presently attend Legend High School and Middle School in Parker.
Doug Lins, TreasurerDoug is a husband and proud father of two children. His eldest son graduated from Southeast Christian in May 2017 and his youngest daughter is on track to graduate in May 2019. Doug is CFO and Co-Founder of Atrilogy Solutions Group and has held this role for 17 years. Doug graduated from the University of Illinois with an Accountancy degree in 1991. In addition to serving as Treasurer of the SECS School Board, Doug also serves as Treasurer for Frontier Labourers for Christ (FLC). FLC is a Christian outreach organization serving Thailand, Myanmar and Laos.
Linda Maupin, Incoming Secretary
Linda is retired from the corporate world where her experience was in administrative assistant positions. Her experience includes corporate real estate legal positions as well as previous experience with school districts. Linda is an active member of Southeast Christian Church.
Pastor Russ McCracken
Russ McCracken is the founding minister of Southeast Christian Church in Parker, Colorado, having served there since 1972. The church started with five families and has grown to nearly 4,000 people in attendance. He brought Southeast Christian School to the church in 1999. Started Southeast Community Outreach (SECOR) and Southeast Counseling Center. Russ is a native of Iowa, attended Nebraska Christian College and the University of Nebraska. For 46 years Russ has been pastoring churches in Nebraska and Colorado. Also, he sang with the Jubilaires Quartet for 28 years, holding revival meetings and concerts throughout the Midwest. Russ and his wife, Bev, have been married for 54 years and have two grown children and two grown foster children. Their grandchildren number a total of 11 and great grandchildren also number 11. Russ is now serving as Pastoral Care Minister at Southeast Christian Church. He is first a pastor, but he also loves to preach.
Shirley is a retired Educator with experience in Special Education, Elementary Education, and Elementary Administration. She has served as the SECS Board Chair for many years and continues to serve on the Board. She and her husband, Wendell, are active members of Southeast Christian Church.
Dave SavageDave retired after 50 years in the grocery industry as Vice President of King Soopers and City Market. He presided over the operations of 142 stores in facility engineering, labor relations, security, real estate, and information technology. He has two granddaughters who attend SECS.
G. Richard (Rick) Williamson, Outgoing Chair
Rick retired after a 40-year career as a BSA executive. Rick has extensive experience in fundraising, board development & leadership, volunteer recruitment & management, and event coordination. He has a degree in Physical Education from Cleveland State University, Cleveland, OH. Rick has been on the SECS board for almost 3 years; serving as chair since August 2015.
